🐾 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• Personalized or final sale items are non-returnable.

🐾 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll help you with an exchange if the item is in stock.

🐾 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
